Board of Directors

Emily Turner Hamilton
President
Emily Turner Hamilton is the Co-Founder and President of the Snoqualmie Foothills Community Collaborative, the original visionary and driving force behind the development of an inclusive, year-round aquatic and community recreation center serving the Snoqualmie Foothills and Lower Snoqualmie Valley. A Duvall resident since 2021 and parent of two, she brings both personal connection to our community and over 20 years of Fortune 500 experience. She is the founder of the Momentum Foundry, a strategy and operational excellence consultancy, and holds an MBA from the University of Connecticut and a BA from Texas A&M University. Her work at SFCC reflects a deep commitment to building inclusive, accessible infrastructure for families, youth, seniors, and individuals of all abilities and ages.

Amelia Messervy
VP of Development & Organizational Advancement
Amelia Messervy is the Co-Founder and Vice President of Development & Organizational Advancement for the Snoqualmie Foothills Community Collaborative, where she leads fundraising strategy, organizational development, and strategic partnerships in support of an inclusive, year-round regional aquatic and community recreation center. With a background spanning nonprofit development, program leadership, healthcare, and education and an MBA in Organizational Leadership, Amelia brings a broad and experienced perspective to her work. She is passionate about uniting people around meaningful community goals and turning shared vision into real, tangible results for families across the Snoqualmie Foothills.

April Luebbert
VP of Marketing & Community Outreach
April Luebbert is Co-Founder and Vice President of Marketing & Community Engagement at the Snoqualmie Foothills Community Collaborative, where she works to expand equitable access to aquatic, recreation, and community spaces in the Lower Snoqualmie Valley. A Navy veteran, April brings disciplined, collaborative leadership shaped by experience in real estate administration and construction project support. She is an active Rotary member and has led local volunteer initiatives supporting families in need. As a mother of two teenagers, April is personally invested in the mission to establish a community pool and create a healthy, inclusive environment for all residents.

Nicholas Schuler
Treasurer
Nick Schuler serves as Treasurer on the Founding Board of Directors for Snoqualmie Foothills Community Collaborative, where he oversees the organization's financial health, budget preparation, and fiscal accountability. By day, Nick is a Senior Manager in Deloitte Consulting's Mergers & Acquisitions practice, bringing professional expertise in financial strategy directly to bear on SFCC's mission to build a thriving, connected Snoqualmie Valley community.

Anthony Blake
Secretary
Anthony Blake serves as Secretary of the Snoqualmie Foothills Community Collaborative and has called Duvall home for seven years. As a Senior Project Manager at Puget Sound Energy, he leads cross-functional teams with a focus on innovation, strategic planning, and building cultures based on trust. He brings that same systems-thinking to SFCC, where he volunteers because he believes the right structures create real opportunity for people to flourish.
